HealMDCare is developing a clinician-controlled workflow that turns clinical conversations and existing records into structured documentation for review and signature. We are evaluating the workflow with early clinical partners.
Watch the Demo Discuss a Private-Beta EvaluationNot policies on a slide — constraints built into how the workflow operates, on every encounter.
The software drafts; the clinician decides. Every note remains a draft until the treating clinician reviews, edits, and signs it. Nothing is auto-finalized.
The workflow is designed to process and de-identify patient information on the clinician's device before it moves, replacing identifiers with tokens at the source.
Edits, reviews, and signatures are recorded in an audit trail, so who changed what — and when — can be reviewed.
Four stages, from the waiting room to a signed record.
Handwritten slips, lab PDFs shared over WhatsApp, and prior records are parsed on the clinician's device into a short pre-encounter brief.
The conversation — including code-switched speech across languages — becomes a structured draft note, with proposed decision-support prompts for the clinician to accept or dismiss.
The clinician edits the draft directly and signs it. The signed record is the clinician's; the audit trail records the decision.
Coding recommendations are traced to sentences in the signed note for a human coder to confirm. Administrators see flow and queues, separated from patient content by role-based access.
The public demo shows this workflow end to end using simulated data. HealMDCare is in private beta: the workflow is being evaluated with early clinical partners and has not been validated in production clinical use.
We are scoping a small number of private-beta evaluations with hospital and clinic partners. Each evaluation is defined around an agreed clinical documentation workflow, explicit evaluation criteria, and the deployment requirements of the partner's environment.
